BMW technology at Consumer Electronics Show – Before appearing at the Detroit Auto Show on January 12, 2016, BMW will first introduce a new technology at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) held in Las Vegas, USA from January 6, 2016. 
Consumer Electronics Show is an exhibition involving the electronics industry, but the last few years the automotive industry began to take part.
After read from the Motorauthority, in the event once a year, BMW showed off the new features such as BMW ConnectedDrive Store, and connectivity systems. BMW ConnectedDrive Store can be downloaded to smart phones as well as to the head unit.
With the application allows car owners to update a wide range of applications in the home or it could be in a car head unit when there is an internet connection.
BMW ConnectedDrive Store has been available for the European market and will come to America in the spring of this year.
Besides ConnectedDrive, BMW also introduced a new lighting innovations, one of which the laser beam. BMW showing a laser beam that is connected to the camera, sensors and driver assistance systems.
In addition to the laser beam, BMW also introduced the OLED (organic light-emitting diode) lights rear section. In contrast to conventional LEDs, this BMW mixing devices produce light uniformly over the entire surface. OLED has a thickness of 1.4 millimeters.
